Transitions Parents as Teachers Present Toddler Time

Toddler Time familiarizes toddlers with Library resources by using music, songs, and play time. Parents as Teachers is a home visiting program that empowers families in Adams County to be their child's first teacher. Parents as Teachers provide services at no cost to expectant mothers and families with children 0-5. This program is designed for children ages 16 months to 36 months, but all are welcomed to attend. All QPL programs are free and open to the public, but space is limited; reservations are requested.
