Your default PIN number is the last 4 digits of your library card number. You are able to manage your PIN in the My Account section or call the library for assistance.

Come to the circulation desk or call the library to check on the status of your account. Bring a photo ID and proof of current address, so we can verify your account.

No. You may use your library card number to log into the public computers, however, you may also use your first name.

Yes; there are two ways you can print from your mobile device. You can come to the library to scan our mobile printing QR code at the Ask Here desk. You can also click here to upload your document!

Yes! We have a scan station that can scan documents that is free to use. It can send the scanned copies to an email or a USB drive.

Yes! You can request books to be picked up at one of our self-service hold lockers or you can request Outreach Delivery if you have a permanent or temporary disability that prevents you from coming to the library.

Our outreach home delivery program is available for patrons who are unable to come to the library due to a temporary or permanent disability. If this applies to you, please contact the Outreach Department at 217-223-1309 ext. 504 for more information.
