Toddler Time familiarizes toddlers with Library resources by using music, songs, and play time. This program is designed for children ages 16 months to 36 months, but all are welcomed to attend.

The mission of our group, Literacy Advocates of West Central Illinois, is to promote awareness of evidence-based literacy instruction among parents/caregivers, teachers, and school administration in West Central Illinois so that every child receiv
