Would you know how to protect yourself if attacked? Would you know the basic strategies to get away from a bigger, stronger attacker? Would your children know?
Designed for anyone ages 10 & up who values the basic goal of self-preservation. Taught by Robert Bentley, owner and Master Instructor at Legacy Martial Arts! Learn what strategies to use to get away, and what strategies to try to deter an attacker if you can't get away.
