Do you want to finish your 2022 strong?

Do you want to start your 2023 empowered

Retrain your brain!

Neuroscience reveals that our brains are trainable, a concept called "neuroplasticity." Change feels difficult because routine is what the brain is familiar with. Visualization helps to retrain your brain! Did you know that visualization is a powerful tool that professional athletes, successful business owners, CEOs, and the like use to achieve goals? Did you know that using a vision board significantly increases your chances of attaining your goals?

What do you want for 2023 and beyond? What goals do you have for the upcoming new year and beyond? What ideals? What goals? Not sure yet?

At the Vision Board Design Workshop, learn how to identify specific, relevant goals for your future and then turn your dreams and goals into a visual format with clarity and style, empowering yourself to reach your goals in 2023 and beyond! Join us in this exercise for manifesting your dreams for 2023!

All supplies will be provided; however, if you have a favorite quote or quotes you would like to add to your vision board, or family/pet photos you may want to add, we recommend you bring those with you.

You are invited to bring a snack and non-alcoholic beverage to enjoy during the workshop.

*Check back with us in January for our Sustained Success Series of programs and educational classes designed to help you reach the personal, financial, health, fun and fitness goals you have set for 2023. For programs in our Sustained Success Series, check out our calendar!

All library programs are free and open to the public.  However, reservations are encouraged due to space limitations.

Coffee and water for hot tea will be provided.
