Come join us at QPL and listen to a reading of excerpts from Ted Ridder's humorous book A Reluctant Lieutenant at Bitburg Air Base, hear Ted talk about the process of self-publishing and how it works, and then purchase a copy of the book, if you choose, and get it signed by the author!
