Curious about yoga? Come take a yoga class at the library with certified instructor Amanda!

This is a free class that is open to all skill levels.

Wear work out clothes, athletic shoes,  and bring a water bottle. 

This program is for ages 13 to 18. 

Registration is encouraged. 

 

If you attend the  two YMCA programs at the library this month,  you can earn YMCA day passes.

Attend all three Teen Health and Wellness programs, including the YMCA classes, and receive a month at the Y for FREE!
