Event Details
Take sometime to get moving before school starts and you are at a desk all day! The Library is bringing in a YMCA instructor to teach a group PiYo class. If you don't know what PiYo is, come and find out!
Hint: it is Yoga set to fun music
Wear athletic shoes, workout clothes, and bring a water bottle.
Then, Brenna, a registered Dietician, will demonstrate how to make an easy snack and you get to make one too!
She will also share some easy recipes and handouts on healthy snacks and breakfasts.
This class is for ages 13-18.
Registration is encouraged.
If you attend the two YMCA programs at the library this month, you can earn YMCA day passes.
Attend all three Teen Health and Wellness programs, including the YMCA classes, and receive a month at the Y for FREE!
