Keep moving this school year with the library!
Megan Costigan, a Quincy YMCA group fitness instructor, will teach a fitness class that will incorporate a variety of exercises focusing on cardio, core and muscle strength. Megan has been teaching group fitness classes for two years. She has a passion for health and wellness, especially for youth.
Wear athletic shoes, workout clothes, and bring a water bottle.
This program is for ages 13-18.
Registration is encouraged.
If you attend the two YMCA programs at the library this month, you can earn YMCA day passes.
Attend all three Teen Health and Wellness programs, including the YMCA classes, and receive a month at the Y for FREE!
