Poet-Tree

Do you have a favorite poem? Are you and aspiring poet? Are you especially talented at limericks? 

April is national poetry Month!  QPL is offering at DIY, on your own time poetry program during the month of April. In the lobby you will find a bare tree that desperately needs some leaves.

Go to the front desk, or the "Ask Here" desk and ask for a green leaf or two. Write your favorite poem from a book on a leaf! Make up your own poem and write it on a leaf! Then hang it on the Poet-Tree! You can sign your poems or leave them anonymous. Let's fill out the tree!

*Bonus: tree will be planted when April is over, to recognize Earth Day!
