Take your child(ren) on a play date to the library! Playing plays an important role in developing social skills, language, and communication among other things. Play stations will be set up for your child(ren) to play with you, as well as other children and their caregivers. Some of the play stations featured during the play date are play dough (homemade play dough with a variety of play dough tools, letter and shape mats), Duplo Lego blocks, liquid sensory floor tiles, stepping stones for kids (great for balance), and more! This program is targeted for ages 3-6 years old but all are welcomed to attend. All QPL program are free and open to the public but space is limited; reservations are requested.
