Magnificent Mondays: “My Emotional Belly” Author Visit with Tracy Schlepphorst

Tracy will review emotions and allow students to share what their happy, silly, sad, mad, frustrated, scared, and normal: feels, tastes, smells, looks, and sounds like. Tracy will read My Emotional Belly and discuss the purpose of the pages. Children will learn to better understand their emotions, to identify different emotions, that emotions come and go and that their happy never leaves them, it just gets buried under their other emotions. This program is geared for Pre-K to 2nd grade, but all are welcome to attend. All QPL programs are free and open to the public, but space is limited; reservations are requested.
