Event Details

The Journey Back: A VR Experience is an exhibit on loan to the Quincy Public Library from the Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center.

The Journey Back applies virtual reality technology to engage visitors on a journey with Holocaust survivors. The exhibit is changing the field of Holocaust memory through innovative technology and transportive storytelling, which is creating a new way to learn & discuss the Holocaust.

Per the Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center, this virtual reality technology is not recommended for children 12 & under. (For The Journey Back: A VR Experience, the Quincy Public Library allows for 13 & up usage of the technology.)
