Grab & Go Job Fair

Calling all jobseekers!  Do you or someone you know need employment? Do you want a better job, but can't afford the time or money to take off work at your current job to attend a job fair? Quincy Public Library is here to help! 

In addition to our usual services that we can provide jobseekers, such as resume help, printing, and tech tutoring, for a limited time we are hosting a Grab & Go job fair!  Unlike a typical job fair where you have to take time out of your schedule to attend, with the Grab & Go job fair the Quincy Public Library has assembled all the information you would normally receive at a job fair and packed it all into a handy basket you can reuse at home!

On your time, any time the library is open, you just drop by the library, grab a basket, and go on your way! You can feel at ease knowing you don't have to miss work, class, or other events to attend this job fair- and yet you get all of the same information: job openings, wages, benefits- you name it! 

Even better, if you choose you can enter your name in a drawing for a $50 Walmart gift card! Use it to buy work boots, clothes, office supplies- whatever you need it for! 

Library hours are 9 am to 8 pm Monday through Thursday, and 9 am to 5 pm Friday and Saturday. Come on in, grab a basket, and get your career on track!
