Join Miss Natascha to listen to the book “Let It Snow” by Maryann Cocca-Leffler before creating a snowflake wreath. This program is designed for children ages 6-9 years old but all are welcomed to attend. All QPL programs are free and open to the public but space is limited; reservations are requested.
