Stop by the library between 10 am and 12 pm to visit Santa, sip hot cocoa, snack on a cookie, and create a Christmas ornament for our Cookies & Cocoa with Santa program! Special Guest, Miss Quincy 2023, Shelby Rose, will attend our event. Miss Quincy will collect donations for the Toys for Tots program that day.
