YA Book Club for All Ages is a group inviting community members of all ages to discuss a different YA novel each month. The title for this month is Give Me Some Truth Eric Gansworth. Give Me Some Truth tells the powerful coming of age story of Carson Mastick and Maggi Bokoni. Carson navigates trying to make his mark both on the reservation and off by becoming a rock musician, all while processing the shooting of his brother.Meanwhile, Maggi is trying to find her place as she returns to the reservation with her family and explores creating new art. Together they experience protests, rock music, and first love.
