A full 1/3 of children now face mental health problems. We are in a mental health crisis in regard to our children-- a crisis that is only worsening.

As a parent or guardian of a child with mental health concerns, this situation is terrifying, distressing, and frustrating. What do you do? What do you say? How do you react when your child refuses to get out of bed and go to school? Where can you find resources to help you, and people to talk to, and answer your questions?

Parents, you are not alone. Although you may feel alone and lost, we are here to help!

Quincy Public Library has partnered with Quincy Medical Group and the Scrambled Mental Health Podcast co-hosts to present this program for our community parents and caregivers who are stressed out, don't know where to find resources, and need answers. *

This program features a panel of six child and adolescent therapists and experts, coming to QPL for the sole purpose of helping and supporting you, as parents and caregivers, on how to best help your child. The program will feature a short presentation and then an hour-long Q&A session to answer parents' questions- which can even be written anonymously, in advance. **

QPL, QMG, and Scrambled are here for you.

Drinks and a snack will be provided.

*This program is for adults only. Please do not bring your children.

**Seating/space is limited to 125
